“For we are laborers together with God.” 1 Corinthians 3:9

When Robert Morrison sailed as a missionary to China, the captain of his ship was very skeptical of his vision and gave him a rough time. As Morrison was leaving the ship, the captain said, “I suppose you think you’re going to make an impression on China?” Morrison replied, “No, sir, but I believe God will !” There it is: when you’re in partnership with God, your potential for success is unlimited-so make your plans big!

I heard about a youngster who was selling 5 cent pencils door-to-door to raise the money for a $30 million hospital in his community One woman said to him, “Son, that’s a mighty big goal for just one little boy selling pencils for a nickel.” With a big smile he replied, “Oh, no, I’m not alone. See that boy across the street? He’s my partner, we’re really doing it together.” You may smile, but if he had that kind of faith in a partner who was only his equal, shouldn’t you and I have complete confidence in a God who is unequaled-one who’s in partnership with us? Jesus said, “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you” (John 15:7, NKJV). In other words, remain in Him, receive from Him and you’ll reproduce for Him. Then you can live like a “no limits” person. Remember, you’re in partnership with God!
