Where are you? Genesis 3:9
There’s no greater time to pursue God’s plan for your life than the present. How many times have you said, “I’ll do it tomorrow”? Procrastination, fear and discouragement will prevent you from possessing your future. Procrastination keeps you from starting. Fear keeps you from advancing. Discouragement keeps you from finishing. These three enemies will keep you in the wilderness when you could be living in the Promised Land. They keep you from becoming all God wants you to be. Don’t hesitate. Don’t let any excuse, including age, keep you from fulfilling your destiny. The fact is, there is no magic age at which excellence emerges and quality surfaces.

Thomas Jefferson was 33 when he drafted the Declaration of Independence. Charles Dickens was 24 when he began his Pickwick Papers and 25 when he wrote Oliver Twist. Newton was 24 when he formulated the law of gravity. Tennyson was 80 when he completed Faust and Michelangelo completed his greatest work at 87. Moses was 80 when he led God’s people out of Egypt and 120 when he got to Canaan.
Seize the day! Now is the time! Redeem the moment, for you never know when the opportunity of the present will vanish. Possess the future God has purposed for you!
