”And they stood every man in his place round about the camp: and all the host ran, and cried, and fled.” Judges 7:21

It’s one of the greatest military victories in the Bible. Three-hundred men were willing to stand in their place and, as a result, the enemy was routed. All Gideon needed was a consecrated few who would stand in their place and God did the rest. Have you found your place yet? Are you totally identified with the cause of Christ? Is your light shining?

Perhaps things are not going well in your community and you wonder what to do. The answer is finding a group of believing Christians who will join with you to fast, pray, go out and bring in the lost, and refuse to yield an inch to the devil. The New Testament church started with 120, and before it was over they were accused of turning “the world upside down” (Acts 17:6). Revival can begin with two or three people seeking the face of God and refusing to settle for anything less. If you haven’t found your place yet, get into God’s presence and ask Him about it. He’ll reveal it to you, and when He does you will find greater joy there than anywhere else you’ve ever been. Until you find that place, your successes will be hollow and you’ll feel like a misfit at anything else you try. Find the place God has for you, today.
